Supersymmetry and superstrata in three dimensions

We analyze the supersymmetry transformations of gauged $SO(4)$ supergravity coupled to extra hypermultiplets in three dimensions, and find large families smooth BPS solutions that preserve four supersymmetries. These are part consistent truncation some six-dimensional superstrata. From three-dimensional perspective, these give rise "smoothly-capped BTZ" geometries. show how twisting spin connection, holomorphy fields, Chern-Simons connections all play an essential role existence supersymmetric solutions. This paper also closes circle on superstrata, showing precisely every feature superstratum enters into structure.
